Family Hustle is that show you can't help but LOVE! T.I. has found the right potion for wholesome reality television. A little bit of street cred mixed in with some suburban children, add a little ghetto fabulous bff, and toss that with some big dreams... You get T.I. & Tiny The Family Hustle.
On Monday night's episode Tiny agreed to help her bestie and hairstylist AND somewhat business partner to push her new product. Shekinah has a hair cream called 'Beautiful Edges' which is out now. It is an edge control cream for relaxed and natural hair! Now Imma spare you the infomercial because if you watched the show then you know how hectic an infomercial can be to prepare. Tiny and Shekinah got together with some producers, and in their normal fashion all hell broke loose! Shekinah tries her best to be professional in these business ventures, but it doesn't always begin that way. She and Tiny were given lines to prepare for the infomercial, however, on the first day of filming Shekinah seemed very unprepared. Even with the teleprompter right in front of her Shekinah still managed to mess up the lines, which caused Tiny to get slightly annoyed, but also makes for great comedy. Sometimes watching them is like watching Lucy and Ethel. After a lot of swearing and do-overs Shekinah and Tiny were able to complete an infomercial for the product. I have not seen a full edited version of the infomercial, but I must say that I am proud of Shekinah!! Just watching her grow on the show and seeing all of her endeavors play out through the years has been very inspiring. She shows young girls that no matter your circumstances, it doesn't always hurt to be yourself. Dream big and you can reach for the stars.
